Two levels of difficulty for the outings:
Level 1: I do not have the opportunity to hike during the year, I'm not sporty
Level 2: I have the opportunity to hike during the year, and do some sport
The essentials: To prepare our snowshoeing, remember to take with you hiking shoes or after-ski waterproof, water, a snack, a hat and warm gloves, a pair of sunglasses and sunscreen.
Programme of the week which may change due to weather conditions:
Monday afternoon: The "Mont de la Chambre"
With the lifts, we will reach one of the peaks of the ski area, the Mont de la Chambre! and to observe the 3 Valleys, the Vanoise for horizon and part of the Alps!
During our descent on Val Thorens, it is not uncommon to see a whiten go in front of our snowwhoes!
Tuesday afternoon: Les Granges
A circuit along the water that will allow us to observe the traditional villages, many in the Belleville Valley, and to soak up its local history.
Wednesday afternoon: Lac du lou
The Lac du Lou is the essential place in the Belleville Valley, because it forms the largest natural lake of glacial origin of the 3 Valleys, but also for its valley which confers landscapes reminiscent of Lapland.
At the heart of this wide valley, you will discover an island of boreal life!
Thursday Afternoon: Goffay Forest
Imagine going through a forest like no other, a spruce forest proper to Savoie! Then continue our ascent to the combat zone where the black grouse nestles. On the way down, clearings will remind us of the enchantment of the snow and the forest, in the light of a traditional Belleville village!
Friday Afternoon: The descent from the magnificent Péclet glacier to the resort
At 3000 meters altitude, at the foot of crevasses and seracs, we promise you sensations and emotions guaranteed for this magnificent descent from the glacier to the resort.
The opportunity also for us to better understand this landscape shaped by glaciers!
